Address search returns no results

When the search box on the widget says "No stores found".

Last updated April 27, 2026

If a customer types an address into the widget search bar and gets "No stores found", one of these is happening.

Possible causes

  • No stores actually exist within the default search radius (50 miles). Try expanding the radius.
  • Your stores have bad coordinates from failed geocoding. Run the bulk geocode tool from the dashboard.
  • You filtered the widget by category and no stores in that category exist near the search address.
  • The address typed was unparseable (typo, unsupported country). The widget shows a generic "no results" rather than a parsing error.

Quick test

In your dashboard, find any store and look at its public listing. The address in that store record should return that store when typed into the widget search. If it does not, geocoding has failed somewhere.
