Install Maptera on Shopify

Add the Maptera store locator to your Shopify storefront.

Maptera has a native Shopify app available in the Shopify App Store. Installation takes about two minutes and gives you a synced, branded store locator inside your Shopify admin.

Installing the app

    Search the Shopify App Store
    In your Shopify admin, go to Apps → Visit the Shopify App Store and search for "Maptera".

    Click Install
    Approve the requested permissions. We only request what is necessary to read your locations and embed the widget.

    Sign in or sign up
    After install you are dropped into the Maptera app inside Shopify. If you already have a Maptera account, log in. If not, an account is created automatically tied to your store.

    Add the locator block to your theme
    In Shopify, go to Online Store → Themes → Customize. Add the "Maptera Store Locator" block to any page (the contact page is a popular spot).

    Publish
    Save the theme. The locator is live on your storefront immediately.
Shopify locations are synced into Maptera automatically — you do not need to manually re-create them. See the sync article for details.
