Change marker colors and icons on the map

Markers are how customers see your stores on the map. Branded markers make the locator feel polished and let you visually communicate categories.

Setting a global marker color

   Open Embed → Map Settings

   In the dashboard Embed page, scroll to Map Settings.

   Pick a color

   Use the color picker to set your primary marker color. The preview updates immediately.

   Save

   Save your customizations. Every store that does not have a category-specific color now uses the new color.

Per-category colors

Each category can have its own marker color. Stores in that category use the category color instead of the global color, which makes it easy for customers to visually scan for the type of store they want.

Custom marker icons (Pro and above)

On Pro and Advanced plans, you can upload custom SVG marker icons in place of the default pin shape. Useful if you have a strong brand mark.
