Reset your password and regain access to your account.

Password resets are self-service.

    Go to /forgot-password
    On the login page, click "Forgot password" or visit maptera.switchlabs.dev/forgot-password directly.

    Enter your email
    We send a reset link to the email tied to your account. The link is valid for one hour.
  3. 3
    Set a new password
    Click the link, enter a new password (12+ characters), and confirm. You are immediately logged in.
If the reset email never arrives, check spam first. If still nothing, the address may not be on file — try any other email addresses you may have used to register.
