Upgrade or downgrade your plan
Change between Free, Starter, Growth, and Scale without contacting support.

You can move between plans at any time from Settings → Billing. Stripe handles the proration automatically — you only pay the difference for the remainder of the current billing cycle.
Upgrading
Effective immediately. Starter, Growth, or Scale features unlock the moment the upgrade goes through. You are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current month, then full price next month.
Downgrading
Effective at the end of your current billing cycle. You keep access to higher-tier features until the cycle ends, then drop to the lower tier. Any unused balance is credited toward future invoices, not refunded.
Downgrading to Free reduces your location limit to 10 and disables paid-plan features at the cycle boundary.
