Cancel your subscription

How to cancel and what happens to your data.

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation is self-service — no email, no retention call.

    Go to Settings → Billing
    Scroll to the bottom of the billing section.

    Click "Cancel subscription"
    A confirmation modal appears showing the date access ends.

    Confirm
    Your subscription is set to end at the close of the current billing cycle. You keep access until that date.

What happens to your data

  • Your stores and customizations are retained for 90 days after cancellation
  • During those 90 days you can re-subscribe and pick up exactly where you left off
  • After 90 days, your account data is permanently deleted
  • The embedded widget stops loading on the date access ends
Before canceling, consider downgrading to a smaller plan instead. The free tier preserves your data indefinitely if you just want to pause.
