Update your payment method

Change the credit card on file for your Maptera subscription.

Maptera billing is handled by Stripe. You can update your card at any time from inside the dashboard — no need to email support.

    Go to Settings → Billing
    You will see your current plan and the last 4 digits of the card on file.

    Click "Update payment method"
    A secure Stripe form opens. Enter the new card details.
  3. 3
    Save
    Stripe verifies the card with a small authorization charge that is immediately refunded. Your next billing cycle uses the new card.
If a charge fails, Stripe automatically retries over the next several days. We will email you if all retries fail and ask you to update your card.
