Invite team members to your account

How team access works and how to invite collaborators.

Maptera supports multiple users on a single account so multiple people can manage your store locations without sharing a login.

Team access is included on the Pro and Advanced plans. The Basic plan is single-user.

Inviting a teammate

    Go to Settings → Team
    You will see a list of current team members and a button to invite new ones.

    Send an invite
    Enter their email and pick a role. They get an email with a link to set up their own login tied to your account.
  3. 3
    Manage roles
    Admins can do anything you can. Editors can manage stores but cannot change billing or invite others. Viewers can see but not edit.

Removing access

From the same Team page, click the menu next to a member and choose "Remove". Their login is revoked immediately and they can no longer access your account data.
